Looking for a Roommate—Ensuite Bedroom in the Heart of Yaletown
Hey everyone! My current roommate is moving out in mid-March, and I’m looking for someone to take over the second bedroom with a private ensuite washroom in my Yaletown apartment. I’m on the original lease but open to subletting for the right fit.
📆 Move-in Date: April 1st (month-to-month lease) 📍 Location: Yaletown—steps from grocery stores, malls, transit, Stanley Park, and some of the best restaurants and bars in Vancouver! 🏡 Lease Details: Flexible month-to-month arrangement, with the potential to take over the lease or sign a new one with the landlord if I move to Toronto this summer.
There is another room in the apartment that might be available at a lower cost since it doesn’t have an ensuite washroom.
About Me
I work for a major insurance company in a hybrid setup and have lived in Canada for 10 years (Vancouver for 7). I work from home but love cooking, dancing, playing tennis, and exploring new bars and restaurants with friends. I’m looking for a clean, respectful, and friendly roommate who enjoys a chill and comfortable living space.

About the roomies
I’m in my late 20s and came to Canada nine years ago, starting on the East Coast before finding my way to Vancouver, which has been home for almost six years now. I work in a hybrid setup—two days in the office, three from home—giving me the best of both worlds.
Outside of work, you’ll find me juggling exam prep, hitting the tennis courts, experimenting in the kitchen, or catching up with friends over good food and drinks. I’d say I’m fairly outgoing, always up for a good conversation, a spontaneous plan, or just unwinding after a long day.
