The apartment is right on campus, less than a ten minute walk to aq. The building is fairly new, has a great balcony, washer and dryer, two separate bedrooms two separate bathrooms (full bath) a shared living room (with tv) a full kitchen, which is already furnished. The available bedroom has a small desk and bed frame (with lots of storage room), as well as a closet. Utilities not included.

I’m a female student finishing up my second year going into my third this Summer. I’m also a very clean and tidy person!
