About Room

*Well furnished, bright, & very clean den in a green, relaxed, peaceful neighbourhood with great views. *Walk in only with your suitcase, bedding set, and favourite coffee mug. *Includes all utilities e.g. water, electricity, internet *Crockery, cutlery, utensils, carts are free to use. *Kitchen, washroom and dining only are shared. *A shop, gym, pool, laundry, & bike storage downstairs.

• Near Don valley scenic trails for hiking, walking, biking.
• Current roomie, a female Japanese (English student) with work visa, is relocating end of January.

About Access and Transit

• Close to Downtown, Midtown and Scarborough. *35-45 minutes by transit to Downtown/universities/ colleges etc.from door. *6 minutes walk to TTC.
• Direct Bus to Yonge & Eglinton Subway 25/30 mins. *Direct Bus to Broadview Subway 25 minutes, onwards to Yonge & Bloor subway total 35/40 minutes. *Near upcoming Eglinton LRT-by bus or 15/20 mins. walk. *15/20 minutes walk to grocery, coffee, doctors, pizza, pharmacy, library and other shopping.

Roomie *Preferably full time, day time student, next is professional; no business/work from home. *No smoking/marijuana, vaping, drugs, addictions, partying, pets, and no loud noise, phone, TV, music etc. *Single occupancy - no sharing, guests, parties, sleep-ins. *Vegetarians preferred. *Can not bring any furniture, there is no space for it.

Currently one CPA (Male) and other Admn. Assistant (Female), live in other rooms. The roomies are quiet, have their own activities and are very non-intrusive. Yet they are friendly, approachable, cheerful, respectful and available for coffee / chat, if you so prefer.

My hobbies are local and international travel, hikes, trails, exploration of cities/nature, trying eateries/coffee, online reading, performing arts, singing, languages, historical architecture and monuments. You may find a feel of European and Latin American art, travel, and literature in this well decorated place.
