-This is for 2 rooms! This was previously a large primary room that I turned into 2 rooms plus a hall to host students. Use one room as a bedroom and the other for whatever you want (storage, office, reading area etc). Currently the main door to the rooms/hall is off, but will be put back on with keyed lock and handle. -Furniture pictured can stay or go. Bedding will not be included. Each room has a twin bed, dresser, desk and side table. -All utilities and internet included as well as Netflix and Prime. -Large fenced yard -Beautiful view of the Fraser River -Street parking -Pets negotiable. I have a senior cat and small dog, so everyone would need to get along -3 minute drive from Hatzic lake -3 minute drive to WC Express -5 minute drive to downtown Mission

I am a single 40 year-old woman. I co-own the house with family. I live in the basement suite below, while they are upstairs with 2 young kids. I have my own 2 boys (10 & 13) who are home 3-4 days a week. They are both into gaming and are rarely seen outside their room. Since this is a shared home with children, you must be okay with a bit of noise. Kids go to sleep during normal times, so night time is quiet. I am looking for someone easy to get along with, ie can clean up after themselves. I do most of the cleaning and will continue to when a roommate is present. I am pretty laid back and like to keep to myself for the most part. I work from home 3 days a week and am home on the weekends. Smoking/420 smoking/vaping is okay outside only.
