Located on Villeray a family neighborhood the apartment is centric and offers easy access to other areas of the city. Nearby Jarry Park and the Jean Talon Market, groceries & convenient store. Around are multiple cafes, bars & restaurants, pharmacies, zero-waste shops, boutiques, yoga & meditations centres are around the area as well. Across the street is the bike-sharing system called Bixi.
