Spacious 224sqft room in semi-detached house (bed will be included, table can be disassembled if preferred); on-site laundry; central air conditioning, private backyard with BBQ grill; transit stops close by; 5 min walk to the beach; 2 min walk to bike paths; local coffee/ice cream shop, groceries, pharmacy, pet store, fastfood within 5 min walk; parking available $50 extra per month; smoke-free; shared bicycle storage available; gas/hydro/water/internet included in rent. First & last month’s rent required. While we would love to welcome another animal into the house, our two pets have some challenges around other animals :( The house is, unfortunately, not accessible for folks with mobility devices as there are steps going up to each entrance, staircases to go up to bedrooms and down to laundry room, and does not have handle bars in washrooms. Our home is not scent-free; we use incense and scented body oils.

We’re a 35+ year old same-sex poly couple, 1 cat & 1 dog; we don’t have children. Our dog is reactive to men he doesn’t know; this is the reason why we kindly ask for folks who identify as women only to reach out. We both work outside of the house 2-3 days/week and work from home the other half of the week. We love to cook, and spend quite a bit of time in the kitchen; We spend our time working on our art, gardening, or are out with our dog when when we’re not working; Cannabis friendly (outdoors only); We have a very lively home especially during the daytime, but things quiet down significantly for us after 8pm. One of us is a very early riser so we appreciate quiet at night!
