About the room

Looking for someone to sublet a room in a 3BR apartment from May 1st to July 1st for $1280 /month. Located in downtown (Dundas/ Mutual area). It’s 15 min walking distance from Eaton Center and Toronto Metropolitan University (Ryerson University). The apartment is bright and spacious. About the roomies

The two other girls will most likely be out of the apartment for most of the time because it is during their summer break from university but overall they are really nice, friendly, and clean. We are looking for someone who is also responsible, organized, and reliable.
