Nice building close to Chingcuacousy Park, The Bramalea City Center and Transit. Includes an underground parking space, we have air conditioning. two bedroom apartment .. kitchen/ living and dinning area shared. Private room , freshly painted, large closet, semi shared bathroom (shared shower). Great Balcony to enjoy some relaxing evenings or weekends. Queen sized bed in the room, some storage, and we can configure the space how you like.

I am 57, I work in a school based childcare in an Elementary school and have a split shift. I am home for a few hours in middle of the day. I have a small dog ..hypoallergenic non shedding ..He is 9 years old and very friendly. I would welcome anyone with a pet and hope things would work out (between them lol )
