Decent sized room with a deep closet in a three bedroom apt on the 3rd floor above a business.

I’ve been living in this apt for 5 years and the lease is on my name. It’s important to me that this apartment is a home and safe space for everyone who lives here. I’m 29 and work as a cook preparing healthy vegan food. Han, (the other roomie) is 25 and they are an artist. They tattoo part time and work as a server part time as well. We like to hang out in the common areas and have guests occasionally but do also both enjoy our alone time. It’s a very homey vibe. We do have a resident cat who doesn’t get along well with other cats unfortunately. He is however very friendly and silly.
