Room available in condo in West end of Guelph (near Costco). You will have primary use of the main bathroom except for shared shower. Laundry, internet and parking included. Condo has pool, hot tub and sauna, games room and small weight room, craft rooms and party rooms that can be used as well. Huge park across the street with tennis courts and trails.

I am in my forties, divorced, working professional with summers off. I have kids who live with their dad but visit once in a while. I have a 1.5 year old mini dachshund and would be willing to consider reduction in rent for someone who is home during the day and willing to have him there. I am clean and tidy but not a neat freak. Very easy going but also, ADHD. Not interested in drama or parties.
