Laura's room

A private bedroom with windows facing North and East, lots of natural light and a full closet. Bedroom comes furnished with a Queen bed, night stand, dresser. Located in a home with lots of natural light and open space. A lot of counter space in the shared kitchen and lots of seating in the dining room and living room. The house overlooks a park, on a quiet street in the Springbank School area. Near a bus route and within easy walking to grocery, and restaurants.

I am the owner of the home, currently working out of the area, so only home on the weekend. I am a 32 year old woman, who values effective communication, tidiness and personal responsibility. I enjoy baking, so often lots of treats around the house. There will be 2 other women renting private rooms as well, typically working during the day, and enjoy visiting and sharing about their day.
