Denielle's room

It’s a lovely 2 bedroom apartment. Cool place above a pharmacy on the trendy Junction Strip. In the midst of shops and restaurants, walking distance to High Park and Ronny and the Go transit and Subway. There is laundry on site and the person who rents will get a small bedroom, their own private Den which you could use as a small office area, shared kitchen, bathroom and shared living room space.

I’m a musician and voice coach. I teach from what would be the dining room in a living/room slash dining room area. I’m easygoing, friendly, love to cook, but also know when to give space. I like that the living room and roommate Den area is at opposite ends of apartment so that there is privacy for both of us when needed. I have 2 cats named Lulu and Zulu who are gentle, quiet and friendly and the vibes here are very good. Looking for a roomie who is clean, cool and responsible.
