I am subletting one bedroom in a 5 bedroom grand Victorian house. $800 rent INCLUDES all utilities (water, electricity, gas, and wifi).

The bedroom will be fully furnished and includes a queen bed, dresser, chair, closet, large backyard facing window, A/C in room.

Minutes walk away from Dalhousie Campus, Coburg Social, etc. Perfect for students.

From Sept-May the house has 5 3rd year female students. For May-September we are looking for sublets. Currently one super sweet and fun sublet named Amy is there and we will soon be filling in the rest of the bedrooms with other sublets who are female-identifying.
