Bright furnished single room, on the ground floor of a 3 storey townhouse available for rent from September 1, 2024 ( or sooner). We are looking to rent the room out to a non smoking female. As the house is centrally located, it’s 5 minute walking distance to groceries like No Frills and Food Basics, Doctors office, restaurants and more. Bus stop in front of the house.

• For female only -Furnished with bed, study table, lamp, wardrobe.
• No pets
• No guests
• First and last month rent collected when signing up for the room.

Kitchen and washrooms are shared with the homeowner family of 4 (3 female and 1 male).
