Close to 2 main bus routes, free parking in front of house, 5 minute drive to Mohawk College (15 minute bus ride, 30 minute walk), 15 minute drive to McMaster University, 10 minute walk to nature trails, close to grocery store plaza, hot tub and fireplace on property, friendly neighborhood in quiet area. $850 month to month lease, everything included, first and last required.
