Gordon Street

Located on Gordon Street, close to the University of Guelph (4 min drive, 14 min bus) Rent is $800 per month + utilities and wifi. (Wifi will always be $10.16 per month) Decently sized private room on the upper level. Bathroom is shared with two other girls, and there is a half bath on the main floor. Kitchen, living room, backyard, and laundry are all shared. There is parking available in the driveway or garage, as well as visitor parking. There is currently one cat staying here as well who is very friendly. Available May 1st 2024.

Three females currently live here. They are all in science programs at the University of Guelph, and will be going into their 4th year in the fall. They enjoy spending time together in the house, whether that’s house game nights, or just studying in the same room. They also enjoy a good night out every now and then.
