TV, bed, table comes with the rent. Very spacious and a shared bathroom that includes a washer/dryer. Downtown and closest grocery store (thrifty foods) are only a 5 minute walk away. Short walking distance to many great areas like fisherman’s wharf and Ogden point. Parking is available on the street 24/7.

I’m outgoing, and enjoy cleaning around the house. A typical day is where I’m usually on my computer doing work or out doing food deliveries. Watch shows/movies from time to time and love to cook. Looking for a roommate who is both respectful and is able to take care of themselves. Majority of the people in the condo and neighborhood are nice and easy to get along. Long term rentals are preferred.
