Spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment Downtown, Edmonton with beautiful views. One bedroom for rent. Includes all utilities and WiFi. Close to many restaurants, nightlife, and the river valley, but quiet area. 2 min walk to the LRT station and 6 min walk to the Legislature Building. Bathroom mostly to yourself but shared occasionally. Short stays welcomed. Might be possible to rent a parking spot for an extra fee. Looking for a female roommate. I occasionally foster friendly cats. ☺️
About the roomies
I’m a 40+ mom with an adult son. I like keeping a nice and clean home, traveling, taking trips to the mountains. I enjoy cafe’s, reading, watching TV, live music, dancing and good food. I’m sociable, but also like quiet time to recharge. I’ve been living in Edmonton for 16 years.
