Judy's room

Furnished private room in a 2 bedroom apartment located in south end of Burlington in a very quiet and safe building. Room includes a queen sized bed, desk, large chest of drawers and good sized closet. All utilities included and full access to wifi. Shared areas are living room, bathroom and a great kitchen if you like to cook. Laundry is separate, located on the same floor and is pay as you go. Full access to gym facilities which is useful especially during the winter months. Parking/extra storage facility is separate but can be available upon request.

Convenient access to transit routes, Go station, Jo Brant hospital, grocery, shopping and pharmacy. Lots of great restaurants along the waterfront and festivals at Spencer Smith park during the summertime. Close proximity to a multitude of excellent walking trails especially the Royal Botanical Gardens if you wish to get your nature fix.

I’m a very quiet individual and a bit of a homebody. Looking for someone who will tidy up after themselves and is similar in character. I have two cats so must be pet friendly. Unfortunately no other pets are welcome as they are both rescues and very skittish. Co-op students are always welcome. Longer stay is negotiable if we are a good fit.
