You will be renting the bedroom only: cute and clean fully furnished 1 bedroom for rent. Includes your own personal unshared bathroom.

NOT included: ❌ kitchen for cooking. Meant for someone who does not cook. But there is space in the fridge and a small cupboard space for your snacks, etc.

Included: ✅ WIFI ✅ furnished room including a nice bed ✅ closet ✅ desk/chair ✅ laundry (scheduled) ✅ own full bathroom ✅ gym in building

Building has a gym and amenities room. Very close to many amenities in the neighborhood. Skytrain + Bus Loop(Central Station is 5 -10 min walk and King George is 15-20 min walk), coffee shops, restaurants, mall, etc. 10-15 min walk.

📃 proof of employment and or school registration will be required.

You will be rooming with me and my little 6 year old who attends school during the day throughout the week. I co-parent with my ex-husband, so my child is home with me 4 days out of the week. I work in Fertility Medicine and will sometimes be in clinic and also run my own business from home so I will be home during the day if needed. We are loving and kind and active/busy and love to laugh and watch movies and also we are out a lot. My child is well behaved and very loving and kind. Your space will be respected and you will not be disturbed. We may have my mom/grandma over to cook filipino food so you may see her once in a while too. We are very family oriented and we hope to share our home with someone kind, and caring, clean and in positive spirits.
