About the room
Furnished room for rent in a safe neighborhood that’s only 1.7km to NBCC SJ or 13km to UNB SJ. Bus stop at the end of the road and close to shopping and downtown. Rent includes heat, hydro, wifi, cable, high speed internet, and laundry. There’s a storage shed for larger items. Kitchen comes equipped with fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, and various small appliances.
Rent: 1 year lease required at $650 per month or $7500 if paid as a yearly lump sum upon signing of lease (This is the option most have chosen).
About the roomies
Sahasawat (prefers to go by Matt): Currently attending NBCC SJ. From Thailand looking to possibly get permanent residence. He tends to keep to himself but can be social at times.
Henry: Attending NBCC SJ. From Fredericton. Also tend to keep to himself but a friendly guy when you do spot him outside of his room.
Trenton: Me. I’m currently attending NBCC on the UNB campus. I’m not home until late most nights but I’m happy to have a conversation if you see me around.
