Etienne's room

It’s a studio apartment in downtown Toronto. It’s a very convenient area. Eaton centre is nearby. There’s a Tim Hortons across the street for breakfast. There are plenty of other stores in this neighbourhood.

The apartment is modern and the building is 8 years old.

I’m always working so you’ll be in the unit by yourself most of the time. I show up twice a day. One time for lunch and another time for sleep. I’m peaceful and clean. I don’t mind parties if things are cleaned afterwards. I prefer keeping the partying to a minimum. The neighbours will complain.
