I am your other roommate. Male, mid 30s. Full-time manager at a large accounting firm with multiple side hustles, so I’m very busy. I stay in a room on the main floor, and I usually stay at the house a few days a week/month. I’m very into fitness and the outdoors. Love going to the gym, running, hiking, fishing, and kayaking. I’m open-minded, mostly quiet but moderately social. That being said, I will respect your space, but since we will be sharing the same home so if you are someone who wants to be a stranger, we probably won’t be a good fit.
Currently, the other room in the house (with its own bathroom) is rented out to a female from Germany. Therefore, female tenant is preferred for his room unless the girl female is OK with it.
