Two bedroom apartment, renting out private unfurnished room. Shared washroom, and kitchen with only one tenant. Onsite laundry room. Although the apartment building is old, generally the unit is okay, organized, uncluttered, and peaceful. Intersection is Eglinton Ave. East and Birchmount Road. Nearby Walmart, No Frills, Shoppers,Al Premium, Seafood City,Costco business center, medical clinics, library, churches, police station etc. Near TTC bus stops #34 & #17, Warden or Kennedy subway station and future Eglinton Crosstown LRT streetcar.

I’m a quiet, Asian, female who is respectful of other people’s property and privacy. I’m minimalist, organized, and a busy person working 2 jobs. I like watching movies, listening to music, baking and going out with friends. My simple house rule is “Clean as you go” . I believe that “uncluttered place is a mindful space”.
