There is a private and peaceful outdoor patio space, as well as a hot tub (to be discussed based on willingness to help maintain it), and newer washer/dryer for your convenience and enjoyment.

You would be joining 2 other wonderful long-term female tenants, one from the UK and one from Mexico. I am looking for a non-smoking, responsible and conscientious female to join the current flatmates. The space would be ideal for a mature student or working professional. It is a peaceful home intended to be a place you can feel comfortable and relaxed in so you can be successful in the world and/or in your studies.
