Paxton's room

Hi! Currently looking for 3 people in London, 5 min walk to the main Fanshawe campus. We are looking for someone to rent from May 1st 2025 until April 30th 2026

6 bed 4 bath and 2 kitchen, bedrooms are unfurnished and shared spaces will be furnished as a group. We are planning to leave one room as storage space. We have a large backyard, parking space, and we have 2 cats and one small dog who are sweethearts, because of this we ask for no more pets unless it is in a cage in your room (hamster, fish, etc)

Couples are welcome, but rent is paid per person, not per room. A couple will have an extra room for themselves.

It will be me and one other person living here, both women. We are super chill, love to have movie nights, share a couple of drinks, and cook together from time to time!

We both recently graduated from post secondary school and will likely be working full time, leaving the house quiet during the day for studying or working from home. We are also fairly tidy people, no set up cleaning schedule, we just make sure to wash our dishes when dirty and sweep when needed :)
