This beautiful 2017-build condo is in a desirable downtown area of Port Coquitlam, conveniently located next to Gates Park and the Coquitlam River and walking distance from many amenities including grocery stores, breweries/pubs, restaurants, schools, dog park, the new Port Coquitlam Community Centre that includes ice rinks, a swimming pool and gym. It has easy transportation access as its minutes from Lougheed Hwy and minutes walk to Port Coquitlam Station with bus routes and West Coast Express access. This space is unique in that it is on the top floor and has high 14 ft ceilings.

I’m a 34 year old professional who keeps a clean home and is a mix of introverted and extroverted. I work in the counseling world doing play therapy and love to bake, spend time with family and watch movies. I would like to build a friendship with my roommate and at the same time, be respectful when each of us need our individual time.
