About the room

This is a wonderful clean single occupancy fully furnished room in Leslieville. The house is shared with the owner and two other tenants. The home is clean and well appointed, detached and quiet. It is on a quiet gentrified street in Leslieville. Walking score is 90. Everything is included, ( heat and utilities, wi-fi, washer dryer and dishwasher) Folks are expected to keep their rooms clean and to dispose of their garbage. There is one full bathroom and one powder room for two people to share. With this room you get a private bathroom. The house is close to the Danforth, Queen Street, Gerrard Street China town and Little India…. It is close to the downtown core and great for healthcare workers as it is close to most hospitals. It is a very short street car ride to the beaches and a short walk to many parks. This is a household of working people so the home keeps working hours. It is a quiet and comfortable home with a balance of social interaction amongst us.
If you are interested you should come to see it. It is available starting October 1st. Short term rental is accepted for one month at a time, for a three month minimum.
