House in the Arbour Lake, close to Crowfoot library, Superstore, Walmart, Costco, and Crowfoot Crossing, and Crowfoot LRT area for Cineplex, Coop, Safeway, Rona, all bank branches less than 5 minutes drive.

Bus stop 299/138 is 2-5 minutes short walking distance heading to Crowfoot station. 3 train stops to University of Calgary.

Looking for one nice roommate who is either has a full time job or a student. one male occupies in another room.

One pinewood bed and an adjustable-height table, ergonomic chair, drawers and dressers will be provided in this room.

Price and lease term can be negotiable. The price is for minimum 8-9 months.

I am quiet and clean male who likes to study. There is one room available with a big window. I expect the house-mate to maintain a clean living area together. no-smoke, no-Cannabis, no late party, and no overnight guests.
