About the room
2 bed / 1 shared bath 2 Floor Condo - Just over 1000 sqft 11’x10’ room on top floor of 3 story building. Located near Chinook Mall. We will be sharing the kitchen, dining and living rooms, as well as the bathroom on the top floor.
About the roomies
I’m a SAIT film program student until December and I’m hoping to find a quiet and clean roommate to help cover the bills. My schedule is likely to be a bit intense going forward so I’m looking for someone trustworthy and easy to get along with! I tend to wake between 5-7am, and will only stay up late occasionally on weekends.
The room is listed as unfurnished although I do have a bed that can be used temporarily if need be. A bedside table is available if you are in need of one.
I have an old, fat cat at home that will require some basic respect, but she will (hopefully) grow to enjoy your presence!!
I’m a relatively easygoing person and by no means expect perfection, but I’ll require an ongoing effort to keep things as clean and smell-free as possible. It’s a wood constructed condo - loud noise, especially at night, will be a problem.
