Street parking available. Extra Amenities include gym, hot tub, sauna, lap pool in the complex. 5-minutes walking distance to groceries, restaurants, Tim’s and Starbs. There is a bus stop 2 min walk from the doorstep. This townhouse is a smoke-free place. I have an old cat that lives here too.
