A beautiful condo in downtown Ottawa, close walking distance to uOttawa campus, shared with 2 female students. We are looking for someone to sublet this room from September to January. The building amenities include a gym, pool, and sauna, and 24h security. We also have laundry in unit. 2 full bathrooms - you would be sharing with one roommate. All bills are covered, except electricity and internet (each person pays about $30 for each every month). Parking spaces can be added on with extra cost. The deposit covers 1st and last month’s rent. The room will come furnished with a bed and desk as well.
