About the room
PLEASE READ THIS DESCRIPTION BEFORE INQUIRING - nothing is negotiable except move-in/out dates.
A 2-month bedroom sublet in a newly built, modern 3BR apartment in Little Italy, Toronto. The bedroom is fully furnished and has a private en suite. The apartment has huge windows, a brand-new washer/dryer, a 4K TV setup, and a kitchen with appliances. Street parking is available, too! In a quiet neighbourhood located near public transit (506 Street car/Ossington station), Dufferin Grove Park, a YMCA, and a shopping mall with grocery stores.
I am moving away for two months and will be coming back in early September. Heating and water are included in the price, electricity and internet are not. You must have insurance to rent. Please DM if interested!
About the roomies
Patrick and Jaime are film production students at Toronto Metropolitan University. When not working on movie sets, they are studying in their rooms. They like to keep things tidy and quiet, but are happy to have guests over every now and then. Xavier, the third roommate, has a summer job out of town and is looking to sublet his room for July and August.
