Jessica's room

I have a fully furnished room in a condo available to rent at $800 a month which includes all utilities. Myself (female, 20) and my other roommate (male, 24) also live in the condo. I am a student at The University of Winnipeg (UW) and he is a student at University of Manitoba. We are a 20 minute walk from UW and a 10 minute walk to pretty much all bus routes on Main st, Graham ave, and Portage ave. The location of the condo is near Broadway and Donald st in downtown. There is a living room, dining room, pantry area, sunroom, kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms and three bedrooms however, only one of the bedrooms is available. The bedroom up for listing has a half bathroom attached with a sink and a toilet. I am hoping to find a clean, respectful, smoke/drug free, pet free roommate for September 1, 2024, but the room is available earlier if needed.

The room has a single bed with drawers for storage underneath, shelving, and a closet. A half bathroom is attached to the room with a sink and toilet. The three of us would be sharing the full bathroom with the shower and bathtub.

I am a 20 year old female who is going into my fourth year student at UW in physics. I am originally from Vancouver, British Columbia and moved to Winnipeg for school and dance. I do ballet, modern and lyrical dance, so when I’m not studying, I’m dancing or watching movies!
