Rent is $700 to 850/month depending on which room. The door to the room has a key-lock. There is a shared 350 square foot kitchen with other renters. Landlord has separate apartment. There are sitting and dining areas, and access to a covered sundeck, and a huge second sundeck, and many off-road and safe parking spots. There is a mini-kitchen (on request) in the room (microwave, kettle, coffee maker, induction heat rings etc. ). Hot water/electrical heat and temperature control to reduce air contamination (COVID compliant), closets, large picture windows, and the house sits on one private acre. Furniture and linens provided (towels and bedding), and a washer and dryer. Other normal monetary/rental conditions apply based on BC Tenancy Act. The house has a security system. I’m a retired engineer, quiet, non-smoker, no alcohol, open minded, sociable, good cook, have my own apartment in the house. I’ve designed the house with hot water and electric heating to reduce air contamination. I do not have parties, just occasional visitors. Occasionally work at home over internet. Like exercising, martial arts practicing, barbecues, discussion of world affairs, global warming, politics, and particularly about mining, and just about anything else. Particularly conscience of how COVID-related viruses are spread, and reducing risk. Or, just keep to myself.
