Has a fenced backyard with a bbq. Currently the basement is needing someone. Furnished, and has a queen sized bed. I dont have room for alot of storage. There are rules to be followed in this home. Everything up to code. Main floor room may become available as well. If a couple is needing a place, the rent will be higher than stated. Price is negotiable
