In suite laundry, closet, master bath. Room comes furnished with a bed, chest of drawers and closet space. Apartment used as art & photography studio during weekday mornings and afternoons. Normally unoccupied on all evenings, weekends and overnight. Art and books feature prominently. Excellent spot for someone seeking an artistic retreat.
