The current lease is $2,450/month with parking an additional $150/month. As i’ve purchased a condo I would prefer not paying for two locations in Calgary so I am offering a great deal on this lease takeover. The lease ends September 30th 2025.
Also, if you need the condo furnished I am also offering you most of the existing furniture at no cost. Keep it or sell it, your choice.
About the roomies
You will pay $2,000/month for a 2bd, 2bth condo I will pay you cash upfront for the remaining fees of the lease term ($4500) upon signing.
