Hi, I’m renting out the den in my 1+1 apartment as sown in the first picture. The den is divided by a room divider and has two sides of floor window. in suite laundry and drier, and dishwasher. free access to the gym and coffee/study room in this 5-year old apartment building (google via123). there is a decent size L-shaped balcony for sight-viewing and gardening. CF Fairview Mall is right across the street. parkway playfield and park community centre is 50 meters away.
