The house is 1,600 sq feet and located in Killarney. Furnished room for 1 person (no pets) in inner city Calgary (Killarney). 2 blocks from C-Train. Direct route to downtown, and connect to UofC. Room is furnished with a double bed, dresser, desk and night stand. Private bathroom and shared living space. The main floor has a real wood fireplace, kitchen, living and dining room and outside a large balcony to sit and eat. Laundry is downstairs. More pictures coming soon. The laundry room is in the basement. Only internet is included with rent. Gas, water, electricity and house bills will be shared cost and discussed with the roommate.

I live on my own and would like to share the home with a roommate. The house is 1,600 square feet. So most of the time, it is just myself in the house. At the moment I have a German Shepherd, Pablo, who is very friendly. He will be going to Newfoundland soon with my friend once he books a flight there. I work mostly from home, but there are times I need to go to the office.
