On average rent+utilities+internet comes out to around 850 (fluctuates depending on utilities, we try to keep the costs down tho)

About the roomies
I (37f) live with my husband (34m), I am a full time student and my husband works at the airport. We are quiet, keep to ourselves mostly, and rarely have guests, so we’d like someone who has the same expectation of quiet and privacy that we do.
Pets are welcome on approval, except cats, sorry. We have a dog with us part time.
Non smokers (of all varieties) are preferred but not required.
We are located in the south end of Leduc, there is on demand transit and buses to Edmonton/EIA available.
The room includes a private bathroom. Laundry and kitchen/living space is shared. We live at the top of the townhouse, and the room is at the bottom, not much noise can be heard by each other unless you’re on the main floor. The general area is pretty good if you’re night shift, there’s not a ton of noise.
Street and visitor parking only.
