Each room is fully furnished in garden level suite with brand new bathroom.

Choose from a bunk bed or a queen bed.

Both rooms are currently available for $1200 each. Both rooms need to be rented together for $2400. Open to couples or two people in the bunk bed room. No smoking, no pets.

Can also be furnished with a mini fridge, instant pot or hotplate. Your own private entrance and garden oasis in a quiet neighborhood near the Canada Line.

We are a young family living on the upper floor, no late parties. We keep to ourselves and are rarely home due to the kids’ activities.
