About the room
Located in safe community close to bus route and skytrain. Easy commute to Vancouver. Neighborhood has grocery store, pharmacy and various eateries and amenities within a 5 min walk. Bus stop is also a 5 min walk. Room is fully furnished with queen size bed. We have a small dog who is very friendly and not a yapping barker. We are a clean, house so I expect that from a roommate. You are welcome to use kitchen and laundry facilities.

Someone who is clean and takes care of room. Also respectful as far as noise level as one of us works from home. No late night loud guest’s.
