Hello, One bedroom available in a clean, quiet and bright 4 1/2 ( 2 bedroom) apartment located steps away from Jolicouer metro. The area is quiet yet close to necessities, parks, bike path, as well as a short subway ride to downtown Montreal. It is available to young professionals / graduate students.

You’d be staying the flat with a Masters student. She is friendly, social and very respectful of flatmate. She expects her flatmate to share in keeping common areas clean.
