I am looking to share a bedroom in a 2 bedroom apt. Located in Gatineau. The apt is on the third floor. It is close to the bus line, in fact, right in front of my apt. It takes about 20 to 30 minutes depending on the traffic to Ottawa. Close to restaurant, banks, grocery stores, schools and hospital. The room is furnished. Big windows that bring in daylight. Kitchen, living room and bathroom are shared. If we jam, we could share meals and watch a movie. Rent is $800 a month and we divide the utilities. The heat is electric. No animals in the apt. No smoking, vaping, drugs or drinking.
I am the only roommate at the moment. I have been in this apt building since August of 2022.
