Our home has 1 1/2 kitchens 2 full bathrooms and plenty of common space.

You’ll be welcome to share our large backyard, garage and the rest of the house.

We have all the amenities needed, and the rooms can come furnished or not.

$600/month for the smaller basement room, and $750/month for the larger basement room, all utilities included. There is also a $350 security deposit.

At the moment, upstairs have: Rich: middle-aged (?) Dude, mostly an introvert yet likes to be involved in co-creating events, doing things, and relaxing. Spiritual by nature, Drywaller by trade, is skilled/knowledgeable about many, many things and enjoys putting these things to use.
