The property is located in Allard and is connected to miles of walking or biking trails. 18 minute drive to the UofA or about 45 by bus/lrt, good transit access. Ideally I’m looking for a mature University student and offer a chill quiet space and will consider a full time worker as well.

You will be living with me and my 2 four year old kitties, Mango & Coconut who I keep very clean. I have a grandson who comes and spends 1-2 nights a month typically. I am a working professional. I’m kind, friendly and pretty quiet
