The room can be furnished or unfurnished.. This apartment is a two-bedroom it’s not super big but it’s very cozy and has all new appliances. The room is a good size. Bathroom is shared with just one roommate who is not home during the day and returns in the evening. It’s on the main floor. The backyard is gorgeous..it is basically the lake..just 1 minute away and with bike and running traills right behind building. The room can come furnished or unfurnished. Right now the apartment has living room furniture .. and the room Can also be rented unfurnished as well for both bedroom And livingroom. There is a flat screen TV , wall .mounted in the living room. I am gone a lot ..so busy with work.. so you pretty much have the living room space also..and it’s really cozy.
I work straight days ..usually off weekends.. but do work alot of over time through the week… the nights are pretty much. Socialize a bit…read..watch a movie. then off to sleep. I do spend alot of time in my room to wind down for the next day. I have had both female and male roommates In the past and I get along easily with everybody…My current roommate is also named Michael but he is moving out November 1st.. I am Looking for a male or female student ..a working person. I don’t expect anyone super quiet…I am pretty quiet though … I Love music , TV , movies.. sports , video games..cooking.. I am Clean and tidy and respectful Not to make noise after 11:00 p.m… Cannabis friendly .. Really calm.. super easy going.. and easy to talk with. The apartment building is situated on the Lakeshore and the backyard is pretty much the lake with walking and bike trails…boats..wildlife.. : it’s very beautiful.
