One bedroom for rent in my 3 bedroom, rent controlled apartment for May 1, 2025 (may be possible to move in sooner). The location is really amazing as it is central by public transportation and by car as well.

It will only be my future roommate and I.

I currently work a lot so at times I will barely be at home . I’m super chill and outgoing. I am also very, clean so having a clean and respectful roommate is VERY important to me. This will be your home just as much as it’s mines 😊

Location:

• Close to Sheppard-Yonge Station (5 minutes by bus) -10-15 minutes from Sheppard-West Station (formally known as Downsview Station) -15 minutes by car to Pearson Airport -about 30 minutes to Pearson Airport by GO bus 94 which is at Sheppard-Yonge -Close to Hwy 401 (less than 5 minutes)
• You can go downtown (drive, bus down Yonge or subway at Sheppard- Yonge), Scarborough, Vaughn or North York. -5-10 minute drive to Yorkdale

Room Details: -This room is the second largest in the apartment (there is a room between our rooms) -This building is an older, rent controlled building. -The apartment is very spacious and bright. -All the rooms are big -There is a bedroom set in the room which can stay or be removed at your request -There are 1.5 bathrooms which means that I will only be using the shower as I have a half bath in my room (the toilet and sink are yours). -Underground parking is available for a extra cost

Non-negotiables: -Must be a female -No pets -No couples -First and Last months required -Job Letter and/or Background Check -Sign a Roommate Agreement

I would love to find a long-term roommate. A roommate who is respectful, values cleanliness, honest and committed to maintaining a harmonious home. We will have boundaries established to remain as strictly roommates and/or we can establish a friendship as well!
