Home: Private 1900+ sq.ft. 2-storey, 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home right beside town center. Built in 1897. Walking distance from hospital and schools. Large, privacy fenced backyard, lots of private parking, storage, and gardening space available on property. Large kitchen, (shared pots, etc.), oversized laundry facilities, with double detatched garage/workshop.
Shared office/studio space.

House rules: 🚭 inside for ANY reason, (vaping allowed in garage.) No cooking, starting laundry, or excessive noise after 11pm or before 7am. Shared household duties like cleaning, shoveling walks, light vacuuming, and lawn maintenance are expected.

Tenants are allowed company with appropriate notice to other occupants.

If you don’t have furniture, I can accommodate but rent increases by $100 per month.

50 yr NB experienced landlord, (retired paramedic) lives on-site.

2 non binary persons and one male currently live on site. We are a friendly group who frequently share meals and advice. Occupant ages range from 21-50. We are all gamers, currently.

Young people just starting out are welcome.

Not a party house (virtually non-alcoholic environment). 420-accomodating (just no-smoking inside the house).
